What is the policy and process for returns?
At this time we do not take returns or exchanges — all sales are final. If you have questions about your delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Response times average approximately 2 business days.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can visit the order status page to check the progress of your order as it is fulfilled. You will also get an email confirmation sent to the email provided at check out. When your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email that also contains tracking information from the appropriate carrier.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
The Astra store accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FB Pay. We are unable to accept checks, cash, or bank transfers.
