SHIPPING

Please note, due to global supply chain constraints from our carriers, shipments may occasionally be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. 

When will my order ship?  
Orders ship Monday-Friday. In-stock products typically ship within 48 business hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend upon product availability and shipping method. Please note we only deliver from California.  
 
When will I receive a product if it's on backorder? 
The store is occasionally out-of-stock on products. It may take between 4-6 weeks for a product on backorder to be shipped to you. You will receive an email notification upon shipment. 
 
How much is shipping and handling for my order? 
Shipping and handling will be based on weight.  
 
Can products be shipped to PO box addresses? 
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. 
 
Do you ship to international addresses? 
We do not currently sell to anyone outside the United States. 
 
Will I be charged sales tax? 
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax where our fulfillment partner has operations. The Astra retail store currently collects sales tax in California.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is the policy and process for returns?
At this time we do not take returns or exchanges — all sales are final. If you have questions about your delivery, please email astraportal@creativemc.com. Response times average approximately 2 business days.

 

ORDERING

How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can visit the order status page to check the progress of your order as it is fulfilled. You will also get an email confirmation sent to the email provided at check out. When your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email that also contains tracking information from the appropriate carrier.
 
Can I cancel my order?  
Orders can be canceled if the order was placed before 1 PM PST and hasn’t gone into fulfillment.  Please check the order status page to see where you order is in the fulfillment process.

Can I order a gift card?  
We are not offering gift cards at this time.  

Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?  
Please email astraportal@creativemc.com. We will respond within 2 business days.

Payments 

The Astra store accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FB Pay. We are unable to accept checks, cash, or bank transfers.
